About Sarah
Sarah Carcillo is the founder of Supervision Hub, a Certified Transactional Analyst psychotherapist, supervisor and educator. With more than thirty years of experience across mental health and therapeutic practice, she brings an integrative, relational perspective to supporting practitioners.
Her supervision draws on Transactional Analysis and integrative principles, offering space to reflect on ethical questions, develop clinical thinking and strengthen professional identity. Alongside her clinical work, Sarah teaches supervision and supports practitioners working in private practice, organisations and social care.
